About Aven
Aven, originally a milking barn, spans three levels and has been thoughtfully converted to preserve the original features and charm of the traditional French barn.
The property boasts a private garden with a terrace and BBQ, offering plenty of space and privacy for a party of eight. It also features four cozy bedrooms, providing guests with a restful night's sleep following a day spent discovering the picturesque region.

Aven overlooks the stunning Breton countryside and has a lovely private garden. The front door opens into an open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner with plenty of space for kicking back and relaxing.

Aven boasts a charming fenced garden offering picturesque views of the surrounding gardens and woods. The garden features a delightful patio and lawn area equipped with a BBQ, parasol, table and 8 chairs, with comfortable sun loungers, perfect for outdoor relaxation and dining.

The kitchen offers ample workspace and is equipped with all the modern amenities you might need during your stay. In addition to the standard equipment one would anticipate, this includes:

For extra comfort, two electric radiators are also available. Enjoy a range of entertainment options with a television offering English and French channels, a DVD player, and a Bluetooth speaker.
We have also provided toys, books, and a selection of indoor and outdoor games to ensure everyone feels right at home.
A staircase leads up to the first and second floors, and a stairgate is provided for younger children.

Bedroom Four
This room features a bunk bed with a single bed on top and a double futon sofa below, which can be transformed into a double bed. It includes a set of drawers, a bedside cabinet, and a wardrobe. A large window offers a view of the courtyard.
First floor
Bedroom One
The room features a spacious double bed, full-length windows, and a Juliet balcony offering lovely views of the Aven valley. Furnishings include two bedside cabinets, an armchair, a dressing table with a stool and hairdryer, as well as a wardrobe complete with coat hangers.
Bedroom Two
A large twin room with a Juliet balcony and a view over the courtyard and orchard. The wooden furniture consists of two single beds, bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe with coat hangers.
Family Bathroom
With modern white furniture, a toilet, sink, large bath, and a shower over bath. A baby bath or seat can be supplied if needed.

SECOND FLOOR
Master Bedroom with en-suite
A spacious double bedroom offering charming double-aspect views over the courtyard and the valley beyond. It features a comfortable double bed, bedside cabinets, a dressing table with stool and hairdryer, a cozy sofa, and a wardrobe complete with coat hangers.
The contemporary en-suite bathroom includes a toilet, a shower cubicle, a sink, and a Velux window.
Reading area
At the top of the second floor staircase you will find a lovely area with a table that can be used as a desk. It has a velux window overlooking the Aven valley ensuring it has plenty of natural light.
Guest Review
We had a wonderful stay at Keranmeriet. The house was so comfortable, clean and homely. The facilities were perfect, the children loved the pool and the play area and we all enjoyed walking around the farm.
The surrounding area had so much to see and do. The beaches are stunning. The local towns are very quaint and have everything you need. We could easily have stayed longer and hope to come back one day!
