About the The Dairy
This cottage dates back 200 years and served as the dairy for the milking barn. We decided to renovate it into a smaller Cottage to host couples, guests with disabilities and smaller families. It has been sympathetically converted so you will still be able to enjoy the character and original features of this French farm building.
It can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child and is on one level for ease of use. The large French doors open into an open plan, lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen area and has been furnished to high standard. There is a double bedroom with an Italian style bathroom (wet room).
The Dairy overlooks it's own garden overlooking the Breton countryside. It is laid to lawn with a terraced seating area.

Lounge area
The entrance is through French doors that looks out onto your private garden and also over the beautiful grounds. It has been designed for your comfort with a corner sofa, (converts to a double bed), coffee table, satellite TV, (English and French), DVD and CD players. There is high speed WiFi good for streaming and it is heated by electric radiators. There are indoor and outdoor toys as well as a selection of books.
Kitchen Dining area
The kitchen is spacious with plenty of workspace and has all the modern equipment you should need during your stay. There is a large farmhouse style pine table with 4 chairs and a highchair/booster seat can also be provided if needed. Alongside all the usual equipment you would expect, this includes:

- Induction Hob
- Washing Machine
- Microwave
- Fridge with ice box.
- Kettle
- Toaster
- Tassimo Coffee Machine
- Iron
- Ironing Board
Bedroom
A large double bedroom with double aspect windows overlooking the garden. It has a double bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table with a stool, (hairdryer), chair and wardrobe.
Bathroom
A spacious room with modern white furniture has been designed as a wet room with non slip tiles. It has a walk-in shower that is suitable for wheelchair access and has a handrail, (a plastic chair can also be provided for our guests use). The toilet, sink and shower conform to the height requirements for wheelchair users. The toilet also has a handrail for security. A baby bath or seat can be supplied if needed for your little ones.
Garden
The Dairy boasts a charming private fenced garden offering picturesque views of the surrounding gardens and woods. The garden features a delightful patio and lawn area equipped with a BBQ, parasol, table and chairs, and comfortable sun loungers, perfect for outdoor relaxation and dining.

Un cottage en Bretagne !!!!
C’est un des plus bel endroit dans lequel nous sommes allés : l’emplacement calme et tranquille, le gîte extrêmement propre, très bien décoré, très bien équipé… dans un esprit cottage anglais….
On a tout aimé : les animaux (poules, canards, chats, chien), le jardin, l’espace piscine et bien sûr l’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité d’Erika, Rob et leurs fils sans oublier le panier d’accueil avec les produits maison!!!!
Nous reviendrons à coup sûr!
