About Odet
Odet has been converted from the original milking barn and is over 3 levels. It has been sympathetically converted to retain the original features and character of this traditional French barn.
It has a private garden with terrace and BBQ and has ample space and privacy for a group of six. It also provides three comfortable bedrooms, ensuring guests can enjoy a fantastic night’s sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful region.

Ground floor
Odet overlooks the stunning Breton countryside and has a lovely private garden. The front door opens into an open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner with plenty of space for kicking back and relaxing.
Garden
Odet boasts a charming fenced garden offering picturesque views of the surrounding gardens and woods. The garden features a delightful patio and lawn area equipped with a BBQ, parasol, table and chairs, and comfortable sun loungers, perfect for outdoor relaxation and dining.
Kitchen/Dining area
The Kitchen has plenty workspace with all the modern conveniences you should need during your stay. Alongside all the usual equipment you would expect, this includes:

There is a large farmhouse style pine table with 6 chairs and a highchair/booster seat can also be provided if needed.

There are two comfy 3 seater sofas for relaxing in and a wood burning stove for the cooler winter evenings. If needed there are two electric radiators. A television (English and French channels), DVD player, radio, CD player, toys, books, magazines, and a selection of indoor and outdoor games are also provided. A staircase leads up to the first and second floors, and a stairgate is provided for younger children.
First floor
Bedroom One
A twin room with a large window and Juliet balcony that has a view over the stunning Aven valley. It has pine furniture with two single beds, bedside cabinets, a chair, dressing table with stool, and a wardrobe with coat hangers. The twin beds can be pushed together to make a King size bed, making it perfect for two couples sharing the Gite.
Bedroom Two
Another large twin room with a Juliet balcony and a view over the courtyard and orchard. The pine furniture consists of two single beds, bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe with coat hangers.
Family Bathroom
With modern white furniture, a toilet, sink, large bath, and a shower over bath. A baby bath or seat can be supplied if needed.

Second Floor
Master Bedroom with en-suite
A large double bedroom with a lovely view over the courtyard and valley beyond. It has a double bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table and stool (with hairdryer), a chair and wardrobe with coat hangers.
The en-suite bathroom is modern with toilet, shower cubicle, sink and a velux window.
Reading area
At the top of the second floor staircase you will find a lovely seating area with a comfy chair. It has a velux window overlooking the Aven valley ensuring it has plenty of natural light.
Guest Review
We had a wonderful holiday at Keranmeriet. The gite was so well appointed, clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The welcome box and fresh flowers were a lovely touch. The local area is beautiful, lots of interesting towns and villages and wonderful beaches. The gites are set in beautiful countryside and the pool area was excellent. Our teen sons loved playing table tennis in the barn, where there were also lots of toys for younger children as well as an honesty shop (try the jam and the cider!). Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, there was a folder with extensive information on the local area and they also lent us their son's bike at one point. An excellent stay at a beautiful place, highly recommended.
